As the Philippines builds on its long-established reputation for excellence and cultural affinity, based on nearly half the survey’s respondents operating centers that were established at least 10 years ago, it’s encouraging to see that there is also a healthy pipeline of (roughly 20%) of SSO/GBS in the early stages. This diversity drives a sustainable talent pool that has recognized shared services as a viable industry and that is investing in its capabilities.
