- Invitations are now open to all SSO/GBS that wish to participate, reflecting increased interest and demand from the global market to be considered. Top 20 Alumni, Winners and Finalists from the World’s Best GBS Award, and SSON Impact Awards will automatically receive an invitation to participate

- Benchmarking Assessment
- Participants complete a comprehensive benchmarking study evaluating:
- Operational performance (global and center-level metrics).
- Service delivery model (Enterprise, SSO/GBS profile & center profiles).
- Recent achievements that set each SSO/GBS apart.
- All submitted data is treated as strictly confidential.
- The final Top 20 Most Admired SSO/GBS Organizations are selected based on study results. The final decision rests with SSON R&A leadership.
