According to SSON’s State of Industry 2021 report, a commitment to data digitization is the leading factor in determining the future of Intelligent Automation success. While solutions such as OCR and RPA have proved successful in tackling rules-based processes, organizations are faced with an exponential volume increase of digital information and the expanding variety of documents. SSON conducted a detailed survey with over 140 organizations to understand the challenges faced in digitizing unstructured data and explore various machine learning-based models to address them.
