Simon Brown
Senior HR practitioner

Simon Brown is a seasoned senior HR practitioner with experience of seven end-to-end HR transformation journeys in the past 25 years. He has worked as an HRBP and Recruitment Director at GSK, was European HR Director for Premier Farnell, and led regional HR Service Centers for The Coca-Cola Company and NCR Corporation. He has designed and launched the Ulrich HR model, implemented major global information systems, and managed the adoption and stabilizations of four HR and GBS functions, most recently with Becton Dickinson and GKN Automotive.

Suzanne Haenen
Global Enterprise PMO Director, GBS (owning amongst others GPO PMO), AkzoNobel

Suzan is currently the Global PMO Director within Global Business Services at AkzoNobel.

In this role she leads a team of over 36 project/program/portfolio experts, that are assigned to strategic transformational projects and programs. She is also driving the company wide project management capability building program called “right projects done right” that has the goal to improve this important capability for the whole company. Finally, she and her team are overseeing the PMO for both the transformation- as well as the GPO office.

Suzan has an MBA and a Master in Biomedical Science, and brings a 20+ year background in process improvement, consulting and PMO. She has certifications in: Lean Six Sigma blackbelt (process improvement), Prince2 & PMI-PMP (project management), MSP (program management) and MoP (portfolio management), and stays open to learn and develop her own skills as well as those of her team and everyone in the company that wants to develop themselves in these areas.

Prior to AkzoNobel, Suzan worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Johnson & Johnson) and at Accenture.

Sameer Jalundhwala

Chris McCann

Chris McCann is a Managing Director at Baker Tilly US LLP. He specializes in transforming organizations and functions by helping develop change strategies and enabling execution.

A career in industry with companies as such as Bose, GE, and Lockheed-Martin, has taught Chris that building strategic plans then executing them is both art and science. He believes that setting direction and making progress to the future state requires skills in many domains.

Chris has a foundation in finance with broad/deep in-the-business experience including product management, marketing/advertising, and supply chain. He is LSS Black Belt certified with a BA in Economics from Cornell and MBA studies at Boston College.

Laszlo Rab
