In SSON Research & Analytics’ The Future of GBS is Digital Analytics Workbook, 140 organizations were surveyed to understand the future priorities of Global Business Services (GBS) as they continue to evolve to being much more than just drivers of standardization and cost gains.
Respondents were asked to rank their current capability vs future relevance on a scale from 1-5 (1 being very high, 5 being very low) across various areas such as Future of Work, Processes, Tools, Data, Value-added Services, Global Platform, Integrated Ecosystem, Center of Excellence and Realizing Cost Efficiencies.
