The aggregated results of the Top 20 SSO/GBS enable both participants and the wider SSON community to compare their performance, gain actionable insights, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

- SSON Judging Faculty: Recommendations by SSON R&A judges.
- SSON Presentation Evaluation: Highest rated speakers at SSOW Conferences.
- SSON Global and R&A Advisory Board.

- Performance Study
Comprehensive benchmarking with industry feedback.
- Shortlisted companies are invited to participate in a comprehensive benchmarking study.
- The Top 20 Most Admired SSO/GBS will be chosen based on the results of the benchmarking study, complemented by industry feedback.
- Submissions are evaluated to identify high-performing operations across functions, based on key metrics such as time, cost, quality and overall performance. Recent achievements that set each SSO/GBS apart are also carefully considered.

Top 20 Study: What Happens Next
If your organization is shortlisted
- 1Exclusive Invitation. Receive an exclusive invitation to participate in the benchmarking study. Participation is completely free.
- 2Data Collection. You'll receive benchmarking data collection forms to submit global and center metrics data. All data submitted remain strictly confidential.
- 3Benchmark Report. Receive an aggregated benchmark report of the Top 20 winners at the end of the study.
- 4Industry Recognition. Based on study results and industry feedback, SSON R&A announces the Top 20 Most Admired SSO/GBS. The final decision rests with SSON R&A leadership.
